Just like everyone else on my Flist, I have a con report for you to read! Hopefully I won't make it too long though!

Thursday
Arrival: 6:30PM; Departure: 10PM
Cosplays: "Casual" Klan
Got everything packed and left for pre-registration with Steven~ Sold a few things at the SuperHappyFunSale with Jess, then ventured off with Mer and Diana to fix up some wigs! We ended up styling Mer's Nagisa wig and played with her Louise one a bit. After we finished, it was around 10PM, so they dropped me off at the Waverly on their way out to Walmart. I met back up with Steven and we said our goodbyes and headed home. Sewed up Steven's Akihiko holster and stitched together some strips for me to bind with for Saito.

Friday
Arrival: 11AM; Departure: 4AM
Cosplays: Hiraga Saito, Ootori Amane, Shion Fujino
Started off the day in Saito as a part of Mer's Zero no Tsukaima group. Had a lot of fun with her, Megan, and Mary running around together, as well as doing a shoot with Lionel! After that, we all changed into Strawberry Panic!, which was awesome too, since there were a ton of us! We got to run around as sexy schoolgirls~ We ended up having 2 shoots, one with Lionel and one with Rob, both of which I am excited to see the photos from!! We stayed in those cosplays for a good portion of the day (from 2ish to 9ish). After that, I changed into Fujino for the hentai panels and just overall relaxed. She ended up being my last costume for the day. I went back to my room after I cooled off from some relationship dramu, which was around 4AM. Overall, the day was pretty awesome!

Saturday
Arrival: 11AM; Departure: 3AM
Cosplays: Hiraga Saito, Klan Klan, Hiraga Saito (again XD), Rave Outfit
Saturday was ridiculously hectic strangely enough. I mean, I know it's Saturday and all, but it was even more hectic than usual. >_> So yes. Woke up around 8AM to eat breakfast with Mer, Katie, Diana, Karen, and Matt. Then we ventured up to their room so I could help Mer into her ballgown Louise. Took about an hour and a half. x__x I was already in Saito, so that made things easier. I drove Mer and myself to the Waverly and proceeded to get her out of it and away from the rain. Then I parked the car and ran back to the lobby. We made our ~grand entrance~, which turned out to not be as grand as I has assumed. XD

We walked around in Saito and Louise until we ran into Lionel, who we ended up having a shoot with. After the shoot, I ran off to deal with Steven and change while Mer got judged. Once in Klan, I found out that we had a CAPTAIN. FROM MACROSS FRONTIER. A CAPTAIN, GUYS. You know, the epic fucking guy that flies the ship? YEAH. HIM. Will post pics later, lol. So I stayed in Klan for about 2 or 3 hours. Then it was back into Saito for the costume contest. I was Mer's "handler", which basically meant I was supposed to walk her onto the stage, which I did. XD I made a silly pose on it as well, which will be funny to see on video. After the contest (WHICH MER WON BEST ANIMU, WOO!!), Mer and I decided to not change into normal ZnT, since she was hungry. So I changed into my rave outfit for a couple hours. I ended up changing out of it a lot earlier than planned, due to dramu (guh, too much this con). So from 2AM-7AM I chilled in normal clothes and hung out in the hotel room. Then we loaded up the car. Then came sleep.

Sunday
Arrival: 12PM; Departure: 6PM
Cosplays: Akiyama Mio
Ran around in Mio all day really. Didn't have any shoots, just chilled out. It was nice~ Spent most of the day with Steven, as opposed to the other 2 days, which was nice. Met up and said goodbyes to Mer, Megan, Katie, Diana, and Mary. Also got a chance to meet Cliff, which was cool! After that, a group of friends and I went to Steak N Shake, putting us at 18 in one table! Our waitress sure did love us! XD Hung out with everyone for a bit, then went home, only to find 6 golden retriever puppies waiting for us!! So cuuuute~ So we've been busy taking care of them~

Overall, the con was cool. I just had a lot of personal drama, which put a damper on things, but not enough to ruin the weekend! I loved hanging out with everybody again, and can't wait to do so at Anime South!! I'll be making a cosplay progress post for the end of the year next, so look out for that~ And I'm extremely excited for the costume contest for AWA next year!! *__* So yes~ Taking a break from sewing, then it's back to the sweatshop!
