Description

My little "rave" costume for conventions. I put this on for any dances and/or raves that go on at night. This one was for Dragon*Con, and is mostly made by myself. I made everything except for the leg warmers, arm warmers, corset, hair falls, and goggles. 8D

And yes, those are my panties underneath. orz

Ive been to many cons and cant seem to find them?
